Position Responsibilities:

Drive ideation and coordination of efforts to improve automation rates and scheduling optimization. Track and report on ongoing initiatives and results, with appropriate bridges to understand defects. Collaborate closely with scheduling tech team and scheduling-ops to gain consensus on initiatives. Provide insights into broader impact of initiatives such as fill-rate optimization, waste and churn. Align with product team on planned roadmap and optimize effectiveness.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; (2) developing program strategy and end to end delivery; and (3) communicating program results to senior leadership.
