THE ROLE 


At Anisa, Project Management is a critical partner to our sales team and plant team members. They are the foundation of all customer projects relating to the development execution, completion and delivery to our brand partners. This involves many skill sets, from project management, design and development, reporting and customer service. In this department, our team members are committed to creating the best product for our brand partners, on time, and within budget.


The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Business Development Manager with the execution of customer relationships and account management activities. This position will help manage customer and product data, manage packages, assist with communications, and provide general support to territory and accounts.  

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create and maintains product records to facilitate order and inventory management. 
  • Support preparation of project brief, product request, and quotation, as requested
  • Assist Project Manager with sample review and organization. 
  • Manage customer sample packages as requested by Project Management and Sales 
  • Support Project Manager with project correspondence with our plant and 3rd party suppliers as requested. 
  • Support Project Managers in tracking project timelines, deliverables and timelines.
  • Input and maintain customer contact and lead information into CRM platform. 
  • Maintain inventory levels for products associated with designated accounts, including account-specific product pulls. 
  • Coordinate In-House sample organization and inventory management for designated accounts. 
  • Maintains product boards associated with designated accounts and internal AI or D2C boards as requested. 
  • Assists with office inventory organization 
  • Supports external Sales and PM meeting preparation and post-meeting forward action as requested. 
  • Supports Sales and PM team with client gifting and project purchases as needed. 
  • Assists Project Management and Sales teams with miscellaneous deliverables as requested. 
  • Support internal meetings, tradeshows and customer visits as needed.
  • Provide administrative support data entry, package preparation and scheduling
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product lines.
  • Organize and maintain project file, folders and shared platforms as requested

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must have 1-2 years of account coordinator/project coordinator-related experience.  
  • Product development and project management experience preferred. 
  • College degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus. 
  • Must have strong analytical skills. 
  • Must possess strong communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills. 
  • Must have excellent customer service/customer management skills. 
  • Must have high interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and supply chain. 
  • Experience with costing preferred. 
  • The role requires continual attention to detail while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. 
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands daily. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience using Box, SalesForce, NetSuite, and Monday; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
