Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Multi-SIte Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents at up to three Atlanta multi-family communities. Key responsibilities include:

Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

βœ” Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
βœ” Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a Leasing Manager or Community Manager required.
βœ” Skills: Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.

Must be available to work weekends and evenings for resident events or staff coverage.
