The company is seeking full-time positions for Release of Information (ROI) Specialist, Customer Service Representative, and Audit Specialist.

Positions are day shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional voluntary weekend work.

The ChartPro team provides healthcare facility secure, compliant specialist-managed ROI management. ChartPro handles all aspects Release of Information workflow so that our clients can focus on patient care.

We currently have openings for:

Release of Information (ROI) Specialist
Customer Service Representative
Audit Specialist

Positions are full time - day shift Monday - Friday with occasional voluntary weekend work.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with medical records and/or customer service strongly preferred.
