About the Role
Corporate Services Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of Tricentis’ global workplace portfolio. This role partners closely with Global Corporate Services leadership and regional Office Coordinators/Points of Contact to support daily facility operations, contribute to global process improvements, and assist with project coordination across Tricentis’ US, EMEA, and APAC locations.
What You’ll Do
Support the execution of Tricentis’ global facilities and corporate services strategy.
Partner with regional Office Coordinators/POCs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with office expansion, contraction, relocation, and site evaluation initiatives.
Maintain accurate global lease and property data.
Assist through the entire annual budgeting process for all global locations and prepare the final budget workbook.
Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with individual location budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional projects related to facilities and corporate services.
Assist with developing and implementing global processes and procedures.
Support new facility planning efforts.
Support contract review and evaluation.
Provide project management and operational support to Global Corporate Services leadership and regional team members
Who You Are
3–5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in an operations or coordination role.
Knowledge of office operations, budgets, and an understanding of commercial lease basics
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with ability to work independently and multitask.
Excellent communication skills, including with international teams.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
