Technician work teams are responsible for keeping production flowing and performing various types of work in several departmental areas: Packaging, Blending, Logistics. Technician work teams are responsible for:

•    Operating production lines

•    Change-Overs

•    Keeping production flowing

•    Meeting performance goals

•    Maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products

Technicians perform various types of work such as loading and unloading trucks as well as the other responsibilities listed below.

•    Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment

•    Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.

•    Performing preventative maintenance on equipment

•    Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes

•    Technicians are responsible for following all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures

•    Must be able to work overtime

Qualifications:

Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment. You must be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
