They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service. Essential Functions:  Generate bids based on customer inquiries. Calculate and process orders accurately. Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up. Maintain a tidy and safe work environment. Utilize company-provided resources to identify new customers and job opportunities. Complete additional duties or tasks as directed.   QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role is preferred. Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
