Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in alignment with our strategic objectives. This position requires a professional communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet performance metrics. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales and marketing efforts—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives. You’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities, representing our brand in the market, and helping potential customers understand how our solutions can meet their needs.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5PM and is based on-site in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Â

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.Â
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.Â
- Leverage tools to manage pipeline, track interactions, and maintain accurate data.Â
- Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve engagement success.Â
- Meet and exceed activity goals for calls, emails, and meetings, as well as qualified opportunity targets.Â
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to position our solutions effectively.Â
- Represent the ivision brand professionally and communicate our value proposition with confidence and clarity.Â
- Participates in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation, especially in technology – highly preferred, but not required.Â
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and AI – highly preferred, but not required.Â
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.Â
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Â
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate value effectively.Â
