DBS Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Support Technician to assist with a variety of shop and manufacturing activities. This is a hands-on position supporting fabrication, assembly, material preparation, and general production operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist production personnel across multiple departments as needed
• Drill, cut, and prepare material for fabrication and assembly
• Build pallets, fixtures, and work aids as required
• Stage materials for production activities
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Support fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing operations
• Perform basic shop maintenance and organization tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or shop experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
