We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who not only excels operationally but embodies these values in every decision, interaction, and leadership moment.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy in the handling of company equipment and inventory. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments—while modeling and reinforcing TLC Rents’ BOAST values.

Lead & Build Community
Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative environment.
Develop team members through coaching, training, and consistent feedback.
Strengthen relationships across teams and ensure the warehouse contributes positively to company culture.

Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage fast‑paced operations
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse setting and requires regular interaction with warehouse staff, drivers, dispatchers, and management. The Warehouse Manager must be able to adapt to changing priorities, maintain professionalism under pressure, and lead by example in alignment with our BOAST values.
