We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who not only excels operationally but embodies these values in every decision, interaction, and leadership moment.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy in the handling of company equipment and inventory. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments—while modeling and reinforcing TLC Rents’ BOAST values.

  • Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative environment.

  • Develop team members through coaching, training, and consistent feedback.

  • Strengthen relationships across teams and ensure the warehouse contributes positively to company culture.

  • Monitor employee performance and address issues promptly and constructively.

  • Resolve equipment shortages, scheduling conflicts, or workflow disruptions quickly and effectively.

  • Support timely equipment availability and accurate order preparation to enhance customer experience.
