Financial Services Contact Center Team Lead

Location: Hybrid Preferred: Braintree, MA - Kansas City, MO. Open to remote for the right candidate, depending on location.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach.

  • Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers.

  • Skilled support representative working on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant judgement within defined procedures.

  • Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions.

  • Guides less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity.

  • May recommend new procedures.

  • Take incoming phone calls: Escalations, trade entry, account inquiries, search request, etc.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimally requires a high school degree and 4 years of related experience.

  • Contact Center Experience Required - Preferably in a senior agent or team lead capacity.
