Responsibilities
Responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform. Â Controls food production to include: Â proper cooking methods; proper cooking times and temperatures; insures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers. Prepares for a rush period of work without getting behind. Â Performs related duties as requested or required.
Qualifications
Open/Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Â Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques. Â Six Months experience as a cook's helper preferred. Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.
