Responsibilities
Ensures assignments are accurately received and implemented by company drivers. Â Coordinates any limousine activity both internal and external from initial client contact to satisfactory conclusion. Â Responsible for the coordination of transportation manpower in accordance with established guidelines. Â Collects and completes daily operational data ensuring that shift changes are smooth and that the transportation office is never unattended. Â Ensures accuracy of driver labor hours. Â Communicates with property concerning limousine status. Â Assigns limousine requests to outside vendors in fair, equitable manner. Â Assists supervisor in ensuring outside vendors meet company standards of quality service, maintenance of vehicles, uniforms and driver appearance. Â Coordinates limo repairs and maintenance with Fleet Maintenance. Â Approves and issues complimentaries for casino rated players based on established guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred. Â Light typing, filing. Â Strong communicative, organizational, telephone, computer, math/computation and decision making skills. Â Previous clerical experience with one to two years transportation coordination experience preferred. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
