Job Description:
Under the direction of the Manager and Facilities Director the incumbent adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical applications on and off-site.
- Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintaining applicable log books.
- Conducts walk-through inspections; replacing light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers.
- Applies basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities.
- Record gauge/meter readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.
- Maintains technical logs and records as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent and trade school certificate preferred, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid New Jersey Casino Service Registration.
