- Request assignment from the computer, distributes assignments to housekeeping staff.

$18.00 - $20.00 Per HourÂ
Responsibilities
- Coordinates floor assignments and distributes to housekeepers.
- Handles special projects as required.
- Distributes and collects housekeeper’s floor keys and logs this information into a key control book.Â
- Requests reports from the computer for blocked rooms, status changes, etc.
- Responsible for incoming Facilities calls and dispatching appropriate personnel.
- Assigns guest requests from other departments and monitors all incoming calls.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.Â
- Previous experience in housekeeping operations preferred.
- Computer experience required.                               Â
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the departmentÂ
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
