Responsibilities
- Designed to prepare the employee for a higher degree of cooking skill through instruction and experience.
- Assists with the preparation of foods and seasonings.
- Cooks and garnishes all food in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
- Completes special assignments for the Cook or Sous Chef as requested.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year experience in different phases of basic food preparation.
