Store Controller II

Ensure raw material and pack material are always within specified required quantities from Suppliers and production.

1. Doing GRV of goods received on SAP (PGT)
2. Doing transfers on SAP (PGT)
3. Doing stock counting
4. Checking stock levels- (review risk/block stock /short dated and report deviations
5. Place orders and call offs to vendors.
6. Do follow up on deliveries.
7. Assist with planning of the weekly production plan (stock availabilities)
8. Doing a systematic filing system
9. Following up on placed orders
10. Maintain cycle counts on critical stock.
11. Complete invoice queries (VIMs) if outstanding.
12. Assist with checking of goods received of stock when offloading when needed.
13. Assist with the day-to-day requisitions.
14. Doing Gemba walk daily.
15. Manage and maintain GMP according to AIB & FSSC requirements
16. Maintain and improve FEFO to eliminate write offs
