What You'll Do

As the HVAC Install Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of HVAC installers
• Drive installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Coach, mentor, and train team members
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance discussions
• Partner with dispatch and operations to maximize efficiency
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company resources
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Help recruit, hire, and retain top talent
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong technical HVAC knowledge
• Experience coaching and developing technicians
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Professional attitude and commitment to excellence
