Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish
Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
Train, mentor, and support installation team members
Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations
Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
Complete service documentation and invoices accurately
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
Deliver exceptional customer service on every project

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
