Job DetailsJob Location: ATOKA, OK 74525Job Purpose: - The Therapist at Atoka County Healthcare Authority will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient clients in accordance with defined hospital policies and objectives. The role is essential in ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction, contributing to the overall health and well-being of the community we serve. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, adhering to hospital policies and objectives. - Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients, considering their developmental needs and specific health conditions. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and continuous service delivery across the organization. - Demonstrate maturity and accountability in job performance, maintaining a high standard of service excellence. - Support and align with the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the department and the organization as a whole. - Ensure patient satisfaction by providing compassionate and effective care, addressing patient concerns, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. - Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.QualificationsRequired Education: - Graduate of an accredited school, licensed in the State of Oklahoma as a Physical Therapist. Required Experience: - Three to five years of hospital or healthcare experience preferred. - Possess the knowledge and skill regarding the developmental needs of the patient population served. - Skills required to perform processes involved in the delivery of patient care services to the patient population.
