What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Work Environment
This position involves working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires physical activity including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
