Education/Training
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN required
- Master’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a Master’s program with completion within one year from date of hire.
- 5-10 years of current clinical experience; telemetry experience preferred
Licenses/Certification:
- Current MA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of current clinical experience.
- Proficiency in communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated experience in clinical teaching.
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical research current findings and resources
- Knowledge of process improvement strategies
- Demonstrated ability and effective organizational skills to coordinate and manage projects/departmental initiatives.
- Experience with data collection and interpretation of quality performance measures
- Ability to function and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Computer skills include email, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and presentation applications such as PowerPoint.Â
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Telemetry experience

Physical Demands:

Risks of exposure:Â BFEs, electrical, mechanical and chemical hazards, ionizing radiation. Works any assigned shift within a 24-hour day. Works within hospital policies and procedures to minimize/prevent risk of exposure.
