Delivery Truck Driver

Position Overview

This role involves both delivery driving and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment. The position is physically demanding and requires regular lifting in a non-climate-controlled setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time, following all company and DOT regulations
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to Driver Handbook policies
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage
• Receive and stock incoming products
• Assist with warehouse operations when not driving
• Maintain all required driver certifications and documentation

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and complete internal driver training
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and communicate in English (per DOT guidelines)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting (50–75 lbs), bending, stooping, and walking
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Pay: $26–$31/hour (based on experience, skills, and certifications)
• Additional earning potential through performance and driving bonuses
