Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
- Assist clients with policy renewals and claims processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize agency management software to track client interactions and policy details.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Louisiana.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
