Key Responsibilities: - Install and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. - Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent system failures. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and cooling equipment. - Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. - Provide excellent customer service and support during service calls.Qualifications Required Education: - High School Diploma Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance - Proven track record of troubleshooting HVAC systems effectively Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
