Position Summary

Munro is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support our Consulting Program Management team in delivering complex customer engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organization, relationship management, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

As a Program Coordinator, you will partner closely with Program Managers, engineering teams, customers, and consulting partners to help build project timelines, coordinate resources, manage project documentation, and ensure customer engagements remain organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers in planning and coordinating customer consulting engagements.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and program plans.
  • Coordinate project activities across engineering, manufacturing, and consulting teams.
  • Assist in managing relationships with customers and strategic consulting partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, technical reviews, and project status updates.
  • Track project deliverables, action items, risks, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, resource plans, and project records using Replicon and other company systems.
  • Assist with project financial tracking, invoicing support, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Support proposal development, project kickoffs, Statements of Work, and project extensions.
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional customer communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and internal processes.
  • Perform additional program support activities as needed to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting projects, programs, engineering, consulting, manufacturing, or customer-facing operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience building project schedules, timelines, and coordinating multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Replicon or other project management software is preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5–10% for customer meetings and project support.
