JOB SUMMARY
Â
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound receiving, outbound shipping, accurate inventory control, and a safe, organized work environment. This role leads warehouse staff, enforces safety and 5S standards.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound Receiving
- Supervise the receipt of incoming materials and products
- Verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate put-away activities to maintain efficient storage
- Outbound Shipping
- Oversee picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams as needed
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure proper inventory rotation and storage practices
- 5S & Warehouse Organization
- Implement and sustain 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
- Safety & PPE Compliance
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure all team members wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Conduct safety training and report incidents or hazards
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety
- Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to prepare reports, track KPIs, and manage documentation
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments

REQUIREMENTS
Â
- 3-5yrs of shipping Automotive experience
- Experience with logistics warehouse 2yrs
- Previous supervisor experience 2yrs
- Knowledge of SAP system 1-2 yrs
- Computer experience is a mustÂ

- Comply with requirements of the Quality Operating System (QOS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
- Identify concerns and initiate corrective actions (through verification) relating to product, process and quality systems
- Initiate preventative and continuous improvement actions relating to product, process and quality systems

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Â
- Follow safe work procedures established by the Company; and follow the OH&S directions of the head of your department or supervisor
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems
- Where PPE is required to control exposure to hazards in the workplace, wear and maintain the PPE as directed, as indicated in a risk assessment, or as required in OH&S procedures
- Use other safety and emergency equipment provided in the workplace as directed or as required in OH&S procedures
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
- Before commencing work or research, a risk assessment should be conducted to identify, assess and control the hazards associated with the work or research. Â This should be conducted in conjunction with other relevant staff, researchers and the supervisor
- Report OH&S problems
- Report workplace hazards to the supervisor as soon as possible after they occur
- Report injury or illness arising from workplace activities using the incident/injury reporting system as soon as possible after the incident
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Complete monthly H&S inspections
