This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Product Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Product Test Engineer will include:

• Compensation (Range): $43-$44/ hour
• The Test Engineer will define and carry out all required development / validation testing to ensure achievement of all functional objectives and assure compliance to program goals. They will participate in supplier assessments and post-test inspection reviews, including detailed failure analysis.
• The Test Engineer handles the tasks of designing, developing protocols and testing reports for testing automobile products to meet product requirements. Job includes verification and validation of test plans, test procedures, test reports, developing testing methodology, techniques, and standards.

Job Requirements
As a Product Test Engineer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent from an ABET accredited University.
• 2 years experience in automotive product/propulsion system development
• Experience analyzing data and formulating meaningful conclusions and recommendations from large data sets
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools (ex: ETAS-INCA, Value CAN, PicoScope, Matlab, MS-Excel)
