Bartender

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and Topgolf standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify the age of guests when necessary.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with other team members and support overall service operations.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in bartending or beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to mix and serve beverages efficiently.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness to maintain a hygienic bar environment.
• Must meet local legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
