Lundgren Honda of Auburn is growing and currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer to join our Auto Dealership. Strong Sales experience or Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer experience is required.

Qualifications:

• Prior Sales or Service Advisor experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
• Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with CDK is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage/vehicle history
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up time and set expectations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explaining all completed work, charges, recommendations to customers on active delivery
