Position: Automotive Service AdvisorÂ
Location: Auburn Toyota Subaru
Potential Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000+ annually
Your Role:Â
Customer-Centric Service: Provide exceptional service by managing service orders and ensuring a smooth drive lane experience. Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, both over the phone and in person while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.Â
Concierge Support: Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.Â
Technical Expertise: Assist in answering technical questions and utilize your knowledge to effectively communicate solutions and options to customers.Â
What We’re Looking For:Â
Service Excellence: Proven track record in service and sales, with a strong focus on achieving high customer satisfaction results.Â
Skills and Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, organized and exceptional communication skills. Experience with CDK is a plus.Â
Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance and a commitment to maintaining company standards and compliance with applicable laws.Â
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing time effectively and contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.Â
