Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who loves helping older adults feel empowered, independent, and capable in their everyday lives? We’re seeking a PRN COTA to support OT services at a vibrant senior-living community in the Auburn area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with a supportive team, and being part of meaningful patient progress.

Responsibilities

✨ What You’ll Do:You’ll partner closely with a passionate Occupational Therapist to bring treatment plans to life—using creativity, encouragement, and evidence-based techniques to help older adults regain confidence in their daily routines. From mobility training to functional ADLs, you’ll make a direct, lasting impact on the people you serve.

You'll also:

  • Support residents through individualized, purposeful interventions

  • Complete documentation and maintain productivity expectations

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that genuinely values your voice

  • Bring joy and confidence to every interaction

Qualifications

✨ What You Bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited COTA program

  • Active Indiana COTA license

  • Flexibility to support PRN and occasional weekend needs

  • Prior LTC, rehab, or acute experience is helpful—but not required!

  • A warm personality and a heart for older adults
