We are looking for someone with excavation experience who is eager to expand their skills in the septic industry. If you are dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to complete WOSSA training to earn your Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the opportunity to gain the specialized knowledge needed to build a rewarding career in a growing industry.   What You'll Do: Safely operate excavators and other heavy equipment on residential and commercial job sites. Assist with the inspection, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of drain fields and septic systems. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot drain field issues. Complete required documentation using ServiceTitan and OnlineRME. Work closely with experienced team members while developing your technical skills. Attend WOSSA training and earn your O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Requirements: Experience operating excavators Valid CDL Class A with an acceptable driving record. Registered and Consent for FMCSA Clearinghouse querie Willingness and ability to obtain O&M Level 1 and Level 2 certifications through WOSSA. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
