This position is ideal for someone with experience operating mini excavators and other construction equipment who is interested in building a long-term career in septic and drain field systems. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn all aspects of drain field inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation while developing the skills and certifications needed to become an expert in the field. Key Responsibilities Operate mini excavators (Kubota) and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Assist with the inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of drain field systems Diagnose and troubleshoot septic and drain field issues Perform excavation and site work related to septic systems Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Complete required job documentation and reports Report completed work to counties through OnlineRME Maintain accurate daily job records in ServiceTitan Follow all company safety procedures and local health department regulations Work effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors Minimum Requirements Experience operating mini excavators or similar heavy equipment Must possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of verifiable driving experience (Instructional permit time does not count toward driving experience.)
