Lead from the field, solve complex repairs, and make sure the work is done right.
You take pride in work that is complete, accurate, and done to a high standard. You notice the details others miss, follow a problem through to completion, and want repairs handled correctly the first time. You are comfortable leading from the field, but you also believe good maintenance requires clear processes, consistent follow-through, quality controls, and reliable documentation. In this role, you will combine strong hands-on maintenance skills with practical leadership to help ensure technicians complete safe, thorough work and that our properties are maintained to established standards.

| ABOUT US |
Simplified Management is a property management company focused on operating apartment communities with clear standards, reliable systems, and strong execution. Across our Lewiston/Auburn portfolio, maintenance directly affects property condition, resident experience, safety, and how efficiently vacant units return to service.
We value people who take responsibility for their work, follow through on commitments, and believe that quality and consistency matter. Our maintenance team is expected to document work properly, follow established procedures, protect company assets, and solve problems thoroughly rather than relying on temporary fixes. The Lead Maintenance Tech plays an important role in maintaining these standards by supporting technicians in the field, reviewing completed work, identifying recurring issues, and helping ensure each job is completed safely and correctly.
If you are an experienced maintenance technician who takes pride in accurate, thorough work, values clear standards, and wants to help a team consistently produce quality results, we want to hear from you. Apply if you are comfortable taking ownership in the field while following established processes and holding yourself and others accountable for complete, professional work.
