What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee restoration projects from the initial customer contact through project completion. You'll manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from start to finishÂ
- Deliver an exceptional customer and client experienceÂ
- Respond quickly to new customer opportunities and emergency service requestsÂ
- Develop project scopes and prepare accurate estimatesÂ
- Present and obtain approval for project plans and estimatesÂ
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesÂ
- Monitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and profitabilityÂ
- Maintain complete and accurate job documentationÂ
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and internal teamsÂ
- Lead, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians and Crew ChiefsÂ
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safetyÂ
- Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotationÂ
- Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertiseÂ
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, and taking ownership of projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience are a plus
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience are a plus
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferredÂ
- Industry certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plusÂ
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsÂ
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordÂ
Physical Requirements
This position combines office management with frequent field supervision. Candidates should be able to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance)Â
- Walk, stand, climb ladders, and work on active job sitesÂ
- Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditionsÂ
- Occasionally wear appropriate PPE, including respiratorsÂ
- Drive to local project sites throughout the workdayÂ
