- Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour for 20 – 40 hours of work per week
- Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities
2. Routine maintenance in Residence Halls including, but not limited to:
- Replacing Bulbs
- Replacing Ballasts
- Replacing Batteries
- Installing New fixtures
- Mini Blind Replacement
- Basic Plumbing Repairs
- Furniture Repairs/Replacement
- Window Repairs
Qualifications
AU student employees are not eligible for TES.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Organized
- Works well with computer programs
- Knowledgeable with some maintenance
- Must be 19 years old to operate an AU vehicle
