What You’ll Do As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey—from consultation through surgery. Responsibilities include: Guide patients through recommended treatment and help them understand their next steps Review treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and financial options Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures Provide outstanding customer service while helping patients feel informed and comfortable Insurance Verification, payment collection and posting Communicate with surgeons, clinical teams, referring offices, and other team members Follow up with patients to answer questions and assist with scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Travel between practice locations based on scheduling and business need POSITION PURPOSE We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing patient treatment plans and associated fees, relieving the surgeon from discussing these details with patients.
