Lead maintenance and facility activities to ensure operational reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment and infrastructure. This individual will be part of the factory leadership team, working closely with other functions to ensure an efficient operation. Leading a team of experienced journeymen and supporting the development of apprentices completing a registered apprenticeship program are vital to the success of the site.

Compensation Package- Competitive base salary offerings considering experience, education, location, and position type in accordance with industry standards. Salaried positions start accruing 17 days PTO (on first day of employment). Salaried positions are bonus eligible based upon a percentage of base salary and payable via company and personal goals/performance achievements.
