Business Analyst

We’re looking for a technically-minded Business Analyst to join our centralised EPMO team, working across a range of business and technology initiatives, with a key focus on our Connectivity space.

This is a role where you’ll sit right in the middle of business needs and technical delivery - partnering closely with stakeholders and technology teams to help shape solutions that improve how we connect with our broker partners through portals and digital integrations.

About you

You’re an experienced Business Analyst with at least 5 years’ experience delivering technology-focused projects and initiatives.

You’ll likely bring:

• Strong technical BA capability, including knowledge of APIs and the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements

• Some knowledge of SQL / Postman would be advantageous

• Experience working closely with technology teams

• The ability to build strong relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels

• A pragmatic, adaptable approach and comfort working in evolving environments

• Curiosity about smarter ways of working, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies where it makes sense

• Previous insurance or financial services experience (highly desirable)
