We are currently seeking a paid Account Management Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience within our Account Management group, where you’ll play a key role in tracking shipments, supporting customer communication, and gaining real-world exposure to the fast-paced logistics industry. Position Summary:Â
The Account Management Support Intern supports the Account Management team by monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate updates for both internal teams and customers. This role provides hands-on experience in freight visibility, shipment tracking, and problem resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment. The intern will work closely with Account Managers and gain exposure to supply chain processes, TMS tools, and customer communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle using TMS and other tracking tools
- Communicate proactively with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delays, and exceptions
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends or potential issues and provide actionable insights
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies or delays
- Document and maintain accurate records of shipment updates and communications
- Support the Account Management team on assigned projects related to shipment visibility and process improvement
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving tracking accuracy and efficiency

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- Experience with logistics, operations, or supply chain systems is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
