Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and closing on policies
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and sustain strong client relationships, offering continued support and policy reviews
Meet and exceed personal sales targets, driving overall agency success
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and compliance standards
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participate actively in team meetings and strategy sessions
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
