Make a difference in your community, be part of the hospice team, and have a flexible volunteer schedule. A few hours a week can make a big difference to someone nearing the end of life! Volunteers may engage in conversation, read to a patient, look at pictures together, share music or videos on their phones, provide a compassionate presence, or other activities. Requirements: 18 years or older 4 hours a month Request a one-year commitment Free Comprehensive training (online at your convenience/ Six 1 hour modules)  If you have experienced the loss of a close friend or family member, we recommend waiting a year before becoming a volunteer.     Why Constellation?
