What You'll Do as an MHRT

• Support adults with daily living skills
• Promote independence and community involvement
• Provide structure, compassion, and emotional support
• Work collaboratively within a team
• Engage clients in meaningful activities

Experience with autism or personal care is a plus - but not required. We train you!

Where You'll Work

• Kennebec County
• Androscoggin County

All trainings take place in Androscoggin County.
Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

What You Need

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• A compassionate, dependable, team-focused attitude
