About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability. Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position. Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. Licenses & Certifications: Qualified Professional  License Eligible ( LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT) Full License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with youth and families.
