About the role:Ā Ā 

FIS is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead role to help further accelerate our growth by helping to improve our sales performance and efficiency.Ā You’llĀ ensure we have best-in-class,Ā sales strategyĀ processes, tools, and analytical horsepowerĀ to fuel our broader go-to-market (GTM) function. This is a pivotal role that directly contributes to the success of our GTM teams.Ā 

We’reĀ looking for someone who is eager to build a new standard forĀ RevOpsĀ within one of the largest Fintech businesses in the world. We are looking for aĀ self-starter,Ā whoĀ can handle ambiguityĀ andĀ thrives in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying priorities. You can more than hold your own with the day-to-day requests, but your real passion is digging deep, finding out the ā€œwhy,ā€ and providing insights to theĀ CommercialĀ Organization to make better decisions.Ā 

As part of the Revenue Operations team,Ā you’llĀ get the chance to shape the function and have lots of autonomy and impact. You will report to ourĀ Senior Director of Revenue OperationsĀ and be one of their main operational partners supporting the successful development and execution of our strategy.Ā 

What you will be doing:Ā 

Revenue Operations-Ā 

  • Craft andĀ optimizeĀ customer segmentation and sales strategy to ensure coverage model enables focus on target segmentsĀ 

  • Produce, share, and presentĀ field coverage reports analyzing penetration, number of accounts per territory, number of accounts per sales executive in each territory, type,Ā sizeĀ and potential of accounts, etc.Ā 

  • Extract insights (e.g., characteristics of territories that perform well, differences between territories that perform well and those that underperform) from data and produced reports to provide a data-driven explanation of performance at the territory level and ensures changes are properly reflected in all Sales Reporting Tools and updated in the internal sales territory mapsĀ 

  • Manage field-related inquiriesĀ regardingĀ performance to plan, account assignments and sales planĀ 

  • Partner with senior sales leaders to uncover opportunities for growth or sales force efficiency improvementĀ 

Strategy & Analytics-Ā 

  • Build andĀ maintainĀ the analytical models that underpin revenue strategy, including customer segmentation, territory design, quota setting and sales capacity planningĀ 

  • Translate pipeline,Ā bookingsĀ and win/loss data into insights that shape go-to-market priorities and guide where the Commercial Organization investsĀ 

  • Develop scenario and growth models that quantify the revenue impact of strategic choices, and present clear recommendations to senior sales and Revenue Operations leadershipĀ 

  • Design and evolve the reporting and dashboard layer so sales leaders can self-serve the metrics that matter, with a single trusted source for revenue performance dataĀ 

  • Partner with Finance, Product and Sales leadership on annual planning, turning strategicĀ objectivesĀ into measurable operating targets and tracking progress against themĀ 

Special Projects Leadership-Ā 

  • Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects,Ā leveragingĀ your problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives.Ā 

  • Take the initiative in coordinating resources from multiple departments toĀ optimizeĀ processes and support overarching business goals.Ā 

  • Gather, develop, and analyze informationĀ from multiple teams and develop efficient processes and reports to support the businessĀ 

What you will need:Ā Ā 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or EconomicsĀ 

  • 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a technology/financial services companyĀ 

  • Very strongĀ analytical backgroundĀ 

  • Outstanding program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyĀ 

  • Ambiguous problem-solving and executive communication skills, with ability toĀ facilitateĀ meetings with executives and partner across multiple functions in an organizationĀ 

  • Positive, can-do, roll up the sleeves and get things done mindset

  • MBA orĀ Master'sĀ degree in a technical or quantitative field.Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ in Tableau, Power BI, SQLĀ

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,290.00 - $148,390.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
