Software Lead

We're looking for a Tech Lead to help set the company's direction and help build toward a more tech savy future. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll write code, shape architecture, and help the engineers around you do their best work.

What the work actually looks like:

• Lead the design and features that take administrative weight off care teams
• Stay hands-on in the codebase
• Set the bar for how we build with AI: tooling, patterns, evaluation, and what "good" means
• Mentor engineers and grow the team's AI fluency
• Partner with product and clinical teams to solve real problems for real people
• Make pragmatic calls where healthcare reality and tech-world best practices meet

What we're looking for:

• Comfort working with AI
• Strong Python, ideally with FastAPI
• Experience leading teams
• A track record of successful post production work
• Typescript experience
• 5+ years of development experience

Nice to have:

• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience (not required — good people learn the domain)
• Experience building and scaling data or ML infrastructure
• Agentic coding experience
