What You'll Do
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll:
- Connect daily with members to assess their insurance needs.
- Offer personalized supplemental insurance solutions that fit their goals.
- Guide members through applications with care and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance.
- Uphold compliance standards to foster trust and transparency.
What We’re Looking For
We want driven individuals who bring:
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
- Tech-savviness and organizational skills to thrive remotely.
- Problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Sales experience (a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidates).
- Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License.
