What You'll Do
🤝 Welcome & Support Clients
Guide new clients through the onboarding process
Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Answer questions and provide professional support throughout the client experience
📋 Recommend Personalized Solutions
Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs
Help clients identify coverage options that fit their individual needs
Assist with enrollment and policy updates
🌟 Build Long-Term Relationships
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Provide continued service and policy reviews
Build trust through exceptional customer care and follow-up
💻 Stay Organized & Compliant
Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Utilize virtual tools to manage workflow efficiently
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivation and accountability
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfort using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, healthcare, hospitality, education, financial services, or sales is helpful—but not required.

Minimum Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
