During your first 90–180 days, you will access the CCS work environment using your personal computer.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls professionally and on time
- Follow client-specific scripts and procedures
- Gather and document caller information accurately
- Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly
- Provide callers with product and service information
- Process online reservations accurately
- Maintain quality assurance standards
- Stay current on all CCS client programs and accounts
What We're Looking For
- G.E.D. or higher education
- 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards
Availability
20–40 hours per week. Saturday or Sunday availability is required.Available Shifts (CST)
- 2:30 pm - 11:00 pmÂ
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

- Windows 11 operating system
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or better
- 8 GB RAM or more (installed physical memory)
- Two monitors
- Webcam
- Wired USB headset
- Keyboard with F1–F12 and Page Up/Down keys
- Wired ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted, cellular internet, starlight, 5GÂ etc. are not permitted)
